Cost Strategy

As the design takes shape, the financial reality of the vision begins to ground it. The Cost Strategy is born a delicate balance of aspiration and pragmatism. Cost estimation offers the first glimpse into the project’s worth, a sketch of the financial landscape supporting its growth.

Cost planning takes this further, breaking down the value of every detail, every element that will bring the dream to life. Cost engineering becomes the art of sculpting the design to fit within its budget without sacrificing its soul, ensuring that every choice is wise, not just beautiful.

Through subcontractor analysis, the design finds its trusted collaborators and artisans who will bring their expertise to the table, ensuring the project will be realised with care and skill

Developed Design

As the concept matures, it is enriched with layers of depth and detail in the Developed Design Consultation. The design takes on a more refined elegance, a careful crafting of ideas that begins to breathe with life and intention.

The planting matrix (plan) unfolds like a carefully composed symphony, each plant placed thoughtfully, a living note contributing to the overall harmony.

A planting schedule and care instructions are etched out, a guide to nurturing the space, ensuring it flourishes and grows with time. Design progress meetings become moments of shared vision, where ideas are honed and shaped into something tangible.

At the heart of this stage is a commitment to sustainability, a mindful integration of the earth’s rhythms into every choice, ensuring the design thrives in the present and the future.

Technical Design

The design now takes on a more concrete form, crystallising into precision and clarity. Through the Technical Design Pack, every element is rendered in sharp detail, a visual blueprint of the imagination’s final execution.

The master plan stands as the ultimate vision, guiding every line and curve, every shape and space. The technical drawings, CAD, construction plans, sections, elevations, and details—are a series of intricate maps, each one revealing the design from a new angle, bringing the vision into reality, layer by layer.

The outline specification serves as the sacred text of construction, a promise of quality, materials, and methods that will ensure the design’s integrity.

Design Execution
